We’re back with 3 blockbusting cinematic adventures! Laurie & Phil both saw Thor’s 3rd solo outing boasting a slightly new direction from the much-buzzed-about Taika Waititi. Laurie saw emotional true story Breathe with Andrew Garfield and Claire Foy, while Phil caught Happy Death Day in time for Halloween. We also chat a little about the (old) news that The Matrix might be in line for a reboot, and suggest an alternative way forwards for studios looking to make a quick buck from an old idea. Listen to the end for your emails and tweets, and keep them coming to email@example.com and @superbaileybros – thanks for tuning back in!
Laurie strapped in for a white-knuckle Marvel (Disney) ride with the Guardians in their hugely anticipated sequel, again penned and helmed by studio magic man James Gunn. He also saw Oscar Isaac & Christian Bale in The Promise, and caught Florence Pugh & William Oldroyd’s almost-debut, Lady Macbeth. We answer Stephen’s pressing film problem in our Movie Clinic, this time featuring Lorene Scafaria’s Seeking A Friend For The End Of The World, and WWBW takes us through The Amazing Spiderman 2 and the Oscar-winning Birdman. Thanks for listening, stay in touch on firstname.lastname@example.org and @superbaileybros!
Special goodbye Episode! With five of our personal favourites and a run down of the whole Harry Potter film series. Thanks so much for listening and getting in touch – send your thoughts to email@example.com and @superbaileybros and we’ll feature them on the main Super Bailey Bros show!
